Now, on to my product review!!  I made a post recently that I ordered a Shutterfly wrapped canvas for my husband.  This will be a Christmas present and I was tickled to get it ordered. Well, it arrived yesterday!!! YAY!!  I was shocked that it only too three or four days to arrive!

First, let me say that I had a bIt of trouble making the image upload and 'wrap' correctly when making the canvas.  I had to try three times before getting the image centered and completely visible on the canvas front.  Here is a reduced copy of the uploaded image.

Below are some images of the finished product and some notes from me!

The canvas is stretched taught and has no wrinkles or 'bad spots'. The texture adds character to the LO...not too rough but not silk smooth either. The image is not exactly straight...the image is a bit skewed to the left.  Not bad enough to make an issue for me...but there none the same.

The canvas is secured very well.  It is stapled at regular intervals and all staples are completely pressed into the canvas and supporting wooden frame.  Also the edges of the canvas are clean...no frays or strings.

Each corner is wrapped tight and secured with an angled staple.

Each corner is tight and very well wrapped!  This impressed me most.  I was concerned about whether or not the corners would look good...but Shutterfly did not disappoint!

This is a closeup of the B in Beauty...notice the texture...

Overall, I am very pleased with this canvas!  I caught it on sale and got free shipping too...bringing my total spent to $45.08.  I will make more of these...when I catch a sale;)

Thanks for the review! Would definitely have to catch this on sale, especially since we have a big place for it to go.

Great review Casey, I should do a review for the place I get my canvases from. Thanks for the inspiration!

Thanks for the review. Years ago, whenever I left my oil paintings unframed, I painted the image all around the edges - that was the whole idea of leaving the edges open - oh, and I stretched my own canvases before being painted.
It's a shame if this option isn't included, I'll have to check since I had the canvas in mind for my digital artwork.
